GoldenRun does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Projections are estimates based on assumptions and your inputs. They do not guarantee future results. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any financial decisions. We are not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide a valid email address. You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose.
Free accounts have limited features. Paid subscriptions (monthly, yearly, or lifetime) unlock additional features. Payments are processed by Stripe.
We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans, including lifetime purchases. If you're not satisfied for any reason, email us within 90 days of purchase for a full refund. Contact support@mygoldenrun.com for refund requests.
All projections are based on simplified models and user-provided data. We make no warranty that projections will be accurate or match actual outcomes. Variables such as market returns, inflation, tax laws, and personal circumstances can change unpredictably.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoldenRun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or financial losses arising from your use of the Service or reliance on projections.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoldenRun from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
All content, code, and design of the Service is owned by GoldenRun. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state where GoldenRun operates.
